Ms. Stultz was born in El Dorado, Kansas, on October 29, 1966 and was admitted to the
Kansas bar in 1995. She received a bachelor's degree from Wicluta State University
(B.A.) in 1991 and her law degree from Washburn University School of Law (J.D.,
Dean's Honors, 1995). While attending law school she was active in the Tax Law
Society, Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, served as Research Assistant for Professor Ron
Griffin and was the student managing editor of the American Bar Association's
Law Quarterly. She is currently a member of the Wichita (Probate Practice Committee
member), Kansas (Real Estate Property and Probate Committee member) and American
Bar Associations (Real Property and Probate Section Member).
Ms. Stultz is a frequent speaker on estate planning and financial planning topics,
including "Financial Planning for Women" and has taught the Estate Planning course for
the American College's "Certified Financial Planner" accreditation. She has previously
served on the estate planning nationwide attorney networks for UBS and MetLife. She
was selected one of the Wichita Business Journal's "40 Under 40" in 2000.
Before joining Biggs Laws Group, LC., Ms. Stultz was the market manager for The
Commerce Trust Company, a division of Commerce Bank, N.A. and served as a Senior
Trust Officer. She also practiced law with the firms of Triplet!, Woolf & Garretson,
L.L.C., Hinkle Elkouri Law Firm, L.L.C.; and Klenda, Mitchell, Austerman & Zuercher,
L.L.C.
Her civic activities include, or have included, board of directors positions and volunteer
hours for the Junior League of Wichita, Girl Scouts of the Golden Plains, the Kansas
Humane Society, and the Western Division of the March of Dimes.
